el·lip·sis

/əˈlipsəs/

noun

  1. the omission from speech or writing of a word or words that are superfluous or able to be understood from contextual clues.

  2. the mediations, expressed in stippling (…), of the artist, ananta that express beliefs, thoughts, concepts and ideas that have been essential to his understanding of this human experience. As art is finished in the beholder’s eye/mind, these meditations are made with the intent to pay forward any information the artist has gained throughout his Being, as a collaborative effort to make and leave our world a bit better than he found it.

EVERY PIECE IN THE ELLIPSIS SERIES IS A MEDITATION ON PATIENCE, TOLERANCE AND DISCIPLINE.
TAKING THE PRINCIPLES OF APPROACHING SPIRITUAL LIFE AND APPLYING THEM TO AN ARTISTIC PRACTICE ALLOWS ONE TO APPROACH ART AS A RELIGION.
Don't only practice your art, but force your way into its secrets; art deserves that, for it and knowledge can raise man to the Divine”. -LUDWIG VAN BEETHOVEN
